Whether you require a simple replacement furnace extraction hood or a full laboratory refit, we liaise closely with technicians to install what you need, in the space provided at a price you can afford.
Our specialist experience over many years has enabled us to develop a full range of furniture for all types of dental laboratories that meet your technical and business needs within a demanding marketplace.
As well as full dental laboratory installations, we also manufacture custom made
"one off specials". These can be sent by courier and are ready for fitting by yourselves.

From our experience, we have developed a full range of specialist laboratory furniture to suit every application including Crown & Bridge, Prosthetics, Orthodontics and Ceramics.
As all the furniture is constructed in our workshop, we are able to maximise the use of space in your laboratory to achieve optimum work flow and output. If required, we can supply both the furniture and worktops in virtually any colour to match to your existing colour scheme. Where stainless steel worktops are required, these are welded and polished on site to create a seamless work area.
Because we manufacture and can install the equipment ourselves, this enables us to manage your project from start to finish, ensuring that costs are kept within an agreed budget and installation is carried out on time.
Full projects typically last between 6 - 8 weeks from concept plans to installation and comprise of the following activities:-
- First we will discuss your needs and produce a concept layout of your proposed lab and facilities for discussions and approval.
- Following approval, we will create full set of plans and commence manufacture of your new laboratory furniture. During manufacture, you will be invited to visit our production workshop to assess the progress and view a “mock up” of your new laboratory.
- Once manufacture is completed and you have had the opportunity to view the furniture, installation is arranged and carried out at a mutually convenient date.
